With a background in computer science and over 10 years of product and startup experience, Yaohua leads PictureCook’s vision and AI development. He’s passionate about building playful, meaningful tools that help children learn and grow.
Ethan Lin
Co-founder & CTO
A senior machine learning engineer with 10+ years of experience, Hogan currently works at a global game-based social platform. At PictureCook, he leads AI and voice technology development, building interactive learning experiences that help children speak English with confidence.
Sylvia E
Co-founder & Head of Product Design
Sylvia E is a product designer with over a decade of experience in UX, education, and emerging technologies. She has led design teams at public tech companies and teaches user experience design at University.
Jo Lin
Marketing or Community Lead
Jo has extensive experience in product strategy, brand marketing, and startup operations. Formerly COO at a digital innovation firm and Marketing Director at a systems integration company, Alex also led projects supported by the Taipei City Government’s startup grant program. As an advisor to the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Alex contributed to national talent certification initiatives in digital education and industry development.
