Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-12
By using Solhora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Solhora is a personal task management and reflection co-pilot. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of any specific feature.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. Do not impersonate someone else when signing in.
3. Acceptable use
Use Solhora for your own personal task management. Do not:
Try to break, reverse-engineer, or stress-test our systems
Use the app to send harmful content, spam, or anything illegal
Use the AI features to generate content that violates OpenAI's usage policies (which we follow)
4. Your content
Your tasks, photos, memos, and chat messages remain yours. By using Solhora you grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you (and to process them through the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy) so the app can function.
5. AI is not advice
Solhora uses AI to help you plan and reflect. The AI is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser. Do not rely on it for clinical, legal, or financial decisions. If you are in distress, please talk to a real person.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide Solhora as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination
You can stop using Solhora at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
8. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will update the effective date above and notify you inside the app before the changes take effect.
