Privacy Policy

Solhora ("we", "us") is a small ADHD co-pilot app. This policy explains what data we handle and why, in plain language. If something feels missing or unclear, email us at corporate@picture-cook.com.

1. What we collect

When you sign in with Apple, Google, or as a guest, we create an account identifier tied to your device. If you set a name in Profile we store it. We store the tasks, memos, completion photos, and chat messages you create inside the app. We collect anonymous usage events (which screens you visit, how long tasks take, when AI calls happen, and what they cost) so we can improve the product. If you turn on notifications, we store a push token to deliver Kickoff / Evening reminders.

2. How we use it

Your tasks, memos, photos, and chat messages are used solely to run Solhora for you. We never sell your data. The anonymous usage events help us spot bugs and decide what to build next; on our side they aren't tied back to your individual identity.

3. Who we share with

We use these third-party services to run the app:

  • Firebase (Google) — account auth, Firestore database, photo storage. Your data lives in Firebase under your account.

  • OpenAI — when you chat with Glasso, your messages plus a system prompt are sent to OpenAI's API so it can generate the AI reply. OpenAI's own data policy applies to those calls. We do not send your name unless you have set it in Profile.

  • PostHog — anonymous analytics events. PostHog never receives your tasks, photos, or chat content — only event names and small metadata (task tier, AI cost in USD micros, screen route, etc.).

We do not display third-party ads.

4. Your rights

You can delete everything from Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete my account. This wipes your Firestore data, your photos, and your account. After a short backup window (~30 days) the deletion is irreversible.

If you signed in as a guest, you can also reset your session from Settings → Profile → Reset this session.

5. Children

Solhora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

6. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will update the effective date above and surface a notice inside the app before the changes take effect.
